Description:
Take care of customers with a positive attitude. Greet and offer samples of jerky once the customer comes through the door. Clean restrooms, show room ,shelves daily, floors and counters. Prep samples the day before.Listen and follow directions effectively. Exceed expectations for all customer's satisfaction. Keep products in showroom neat and organized. Keep all products labeled. Strong work ethic and integrity. Quickly and accurately enter amount of products in cash register, handle money, and collect payments. Be empowered to make decisions and resolve guest concerns in a courteous, helpful manner. Educate guest on the health benefits of honey. Give opinion on your preference of type of product. Values learning, growth, development and has interest to cross train and work in other store location as needed. As well as making delivery/pick ups to other locations. Effectively keep track of inventory/sales sheets daily. Write in daily journal of amount of sold. Must have food Handlers card for Mohave and or Nevada.
Qualifications:
Pay will depend on experience and how well of a job you do. Everyone will start at $8 an hour and be able to work up to $10 an hour. Compensation for gas would be provided as well.
