Our Elk Jerky is so delicious we can hardly keep up the inventory. It has salt and pepper with a hint of sweetness. A great fresh jerky to have when camping!

    First time trying Elk Jerky and it was fabulous ... but then again all of Gus' jerky are great! We have been ordering from Gus for years, and every ride up the 395 includes a stop at the store! We were even fortunate to actually meet him as well! Best jerky around!
