Best beef jerky I’ve ever had. We order by mail, usually a dozen packs at a time. Cost has gone up recently which makes it harder to purchase as much or as often. But great stuff!

Finally Authentic Jerky
I like jerky without brown sugar in it. I cannot find it anywhere. On a recent trip to Arizona I happened upon this store and asked if they had any jerky without sugar and voila COWBOY beef jerky it is. I am over the moon I found it. I just ordered $100 worth to come to my home. Thank you for making authentic jerky without brown sugar! If you haven't tried it, you should try it now!

Good texture, tender jerky, however...
This jerky has a good texture, and is tender for the style jerky that it is. All of the commercial brands of jerky (Slim Jim, Jack Links, etc.) have a ham-like texture, but this is a real jerky texture. However, it does not have much flavor. It needs more salt, smoke or seasonings to it to give it a more robust flavor. I would say that it is pretty good, not great, definitely not bad, but could be PERFECT if it had more flavor.
